Agar Plates Experiement
During the labs regarding the various of agars such as MacConkey Agar, Mannitol Salt, Phenyl ethyl Alcohol, Eosin Methylene Blue Agar, and Nutrient Agar. The purpose of these labs were to simply inoculate all the agar plates individually with multiple test organisms. The outcome would show on the nutrient agar as a comparison for growth on that specified plate. As for as the other lab involving the differential test of Catalase, Citrate, Litmus Milk, Sulfide Indole motility medium, Methyl red and Voges-Proskauer, and finally the Urea test. The purpose behind these tubes were to recognize the different organisms placed in each tube and be able to distinguish between one another.

Object of this experiment was to choose a microbiology article that i thought was intresting and then write a summary on what i read.
Purpose was to make a mini proposal in where you introduce your research question/ hypothesis: it is a brief introduction where you: (a) identify a Problem/Critical Need, (b) propose a solution by disclosing the steps (2-3 specific aims) to be taken to address the critical need and (c) the significance of your study, i.e., the innovation, expectations, and importance to science.
